My approach
I graduated from The French Institute of Paris, I now share my time between the French Institute of Manhattan and my Private Classes. Over the past 4 years I have helped students prepare for relocations in France or for jobs interviews, enriching their passion for the French language and culture or simply to be ready for their trip to France!
Learning can be fun! Each class offers new material based on topics you are interested in (history, literature, news, travel, food...) always related to the French Culture and its way of life. I use all available media (video, text, audio, articles...) and cover all areas of teaching such as French Grammar and Writing, Pronunciation, Listening and Understanding of Spoken French.
I am flexible! I constantly align the program as your learning improves or your objectives evolve. Now it is time to book your 15 minutes free discovery so I can better understand what you want to achieve and then propose a personalized learning program for you.
About me
I live in Hoboken (NJ) with my husband and our 2 children but I was raised 3,600 miles away in Les Herbiers, a small and quiet French city in Vendee mainly animated by French Tradition and History (the nearest and most famous attraction is a medieval adventure park called Le Puy du Fou!)
My Business Administration study brought me to Angers, Leeds (UK), and Montpellier. I then worked for Multinational Corporations in Distribution, Retail, and Insurance in Poitiers, Paris, Zurich and Lausanne (Switzerland).
While expanding my family between Switzerland and Ireland, I decided to change my professional life to help people learn a foreign language. I came back to my studies and graduated as a French teacher for foreigners.

My purpose
Like a lot of people I learned English and German at school, but my expatriations made me realize how different and difficult it is to interact with native speakers. I was fortunate to follow private language lesson which helped me to gain confidence in my daily life, understand the culture and social code I was immersed in.
I always wanted to link my professional activity with the idea of helping people in some ways and that is how I found a new and powerful purpose in becoming a French teacher. I am very passionate and focus on helping you to light up your personal or professional projects related to the French language as I truly understand how this can, in some situations, impact your life.
